Email API pricing FAQ
Is there a free email API plan?
Yes. Free includes 3,000 outbound emails per month, one project, one sending domain, and 1,000 active contacts. Real sending starts after activation and domain verification, with a 100-email daily cap.
What is included in the $10 Pro plan?
Pro includes 25,000 emails per month, 10 domains, 10,000 active contacts, and 25,000 automation runs. It also includes 30-day logs, signed webhooks, suppression handling, receiving, and outbound REST attachments.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Pro is $10/month or $100/year, which matches the yearly Stripe price for two months free. Custom plans are handled manually with the terms agreed during onboarding.
Does Free include attachments?
No. Outbound REST attachments are on Pro and Custom. Free also excludes automations and inbound receiving.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Free has no overages. Upgrade to Pro when you need higher limits. Pro invoices extra emails, contacts, automation runs, and domains in the documented 1,000-unit blocks.
What counts as an active marketing contact?
A unique subscribed audience contact that is not suppressed. Unsubscribed contacts, suppressed contacts, bounced addresses on the suppression list, and transactional-only recipients do not count toward the active contact meter.
Do automation sends cost twice?
No. On Pro and Custom, a workflow run uses the automation meter and each email uses the email meter. Unsubscribe and suppression checks still apply.
What counts as an email?
One sent recipient is one email, so a send to three recipients counts as three. Each accepted inbound message also counts as one email. Simulator messages do not count against quota.
